Bang Em Smurf is a rapper from South Jamaica Queens, New York. He was one of the founding members of G-Unit. He and Domination left G-Unit the same year it was created. Bang Em Smurf grew up in the Jamacia, Queens with Curtis Jackson AKA 50 Cent. He often protected 50 Cent from shootings, and other types of violence. He even slept in 50 Cent's house to protect him. After 50 Cent was shot 9 times outside of his grandmother's house in May 2000, individuals linked to Bang Em Smurf killed the perpetrator. In 2003 after 50 Cent released his diamond album "Get Rich or Die Trying", Bang Em Smurf was arrested for a gun charge. He asked 50 Cent to bail him out, but 50 Cent never came through. Bang Em Smurf had to put up his house to get bailed out, then he confronted 50 Cent, asking him why he didn't help him. 50 Cent responded by kicking Smurf out of G-Unit and "sending him to the hood to get some act-right". After Bang Em Smurf talked about what 50 Cent did, 50 got on a mixtape and said about Bang Em Smurf "I'm like god to you niggas". Speaking for Bang Em Smurf, his artist Domination responded with a diss track towards 50 Cent and G-Unit. At a Summer Jam 2004, Bang Em Smurf, Domination, and others got close to the stage during a G-Unit performance. Their tauntings eventually provoked 50 Cent to get a bottle of water and sprinkle the water on Smurf's crew causing them to get mad and try to get on the stage.
