Some of Austronesian languages do not have much evidence to differentiate adjectives from verbs, and some of them do not set a word class called 'adjectives'.
In this paper, I would like to argue that adjectives and verbs should form different word classes in Bantik, one of the Austronesian languages spoken in North Sulawesi.
First, the morphological evidence for the division of adjectives and verbs will be shown.
