Barky Marky

Barky Marky is a fictional character from Tiny Toon Adventures. He is a dog who is based on the Looney Tunes character Marc Antony. Barky Marky was such a minor character in the series that his lack of appearances was referenced and mocked in the series. In the Saturday Night Live spoof when he is mentioned Babs asks "Who's Barky Marky?" He actually got to appear in his very own short entitled Go Fetch with Elmyra Duff, also making small appearances on other episodes as well as being in the movie TINY TOON ADVENTURES SPRING BREAK SPECIAL. Barky Marky was supposed to be used several times, but only ended up being used once, on the last cartoon of the Jungle of Elmyra show (and there are jokes on the show about his not being used at all).
I don't think Sandy Witch was intended to be the counterpart of Witch Hazel--she was in a one-shot cartoon in season 3, therefore she couldn't have been invented from the beginning with the intention of copying WH.
As for "Barky Marky was in this episode," that was another "he's not used" gag.
