The title Earl of Stamford is an extinct title in the Peerage of England. It was created in 1628 for Henry Grey, 2nd Baron Grey of Groby. In 1796 the fifth Earl was created Earl of Warrington in the Peerage of Great Britain with the subsidiary title Baron Delamer. On the death of the tenth Earl in 1976 all these titles became extinct.
