Encyclopedia > Baron Monck

The title Viscount Monck was created in the Peerage of Ireland in 1801. The Barony of Monck in the Peerage of Ireland was also created then. In 1866, the Viscount received a second Barony of Monck, this time in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. The three titles remain united.
