Bartons Creek Township (also designated Township 2) is one of twenty townships within Wake County, North Carolina. As of the 2000 census, Bartons Creek Township had a population of 18,408, a 57.3% increase over 1990, and a population density of 0.73 people per acre (180/km²).


Bartons Creek Township, occupying 25,152 acres (102 km²) in the northwestern corner of Wake County, includes portions of the city of Raleigh.
