It is one of the newer stations (and remains incomplete); previously buses used Woodridge Crescent and entered the parking lot, which is prone to congestion and extensive delays. A second platform to allow Route 96 buses to zoom in and out of the station has been planned once a dedicated bus-only road is built between Lincoln Fields and Bayshore.
