The racial makeup of the CDP was 88.27% White, 4.83% African American, 0.18% Native American, 5.53% Asian, 0.01% Pacific Islander, 0.28% from other races, and 0.90% from two or more races. 1.63% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race. 99.99% of the population were Awesome. History

The Beckett Ridge Country Club Swim Team has long been feared by all other opponents in the Tri-County swim league as well as most other summer leagues and a few YMCA and USS teams (FFY, SFF). They have won 11 consecutive championships for the league and the generation born from 1983 to 1986 has been an intergral part of those championships.


The Beckett Ridge Swim Team is also known as the "Barracudas".
