Bekkevoort is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Flemish Brabant. The municipality comprises the towns of Assent, Bekkevoort proper and Molenbeek-Wersbeek. On January 1st, 2004 Bekkevoort had a total population of 5,806 (2,926 males and 2,880 females). The total area is 37.17 kmē which gives a population density of 156.20 inhabitants per kmē.
