The next scene is at Cafe Nervosa, with Frasier and Niles talking at a table. However Frasier, who clearly favored his mother, is still being hard on his father. Cafe Nervosa is a fictional coffee shop featured in the television sitcom Frasier. ...
Some time after, Marion comes by Frasier's house looking for his father. After he tells her that Martin is not home, they begin to talk and Frasier learns that his father did not cheat on his mother with Marion, but rather his mother had an affair with Marion's husband. After she leaves, Frasier is clearly very upset by this news. Some time later, Frasier confronts his dad about the news. Martin clearly is very upset that he brought it up again, but softens after Frasier reveals that Lilith did the same thing to Frasier while they were married. They talk for a minute, and at the end it is clear that the mutual knowledge has finally brought the two closer together for the first time since Martin moved in with Frasier. Spoilers end here. [edit] Trivia Frasier's apparent lack of knowledge of the French language at the beginning of the episode is inconsistent with the rest of the show where he is shown to speak French at least semi-fluently. Niles: Yes, of course. What brings you here? Roz: Just passing by and thought I'd stop in for a career. Niles: Good luck.
