Talking to reporters after the signing ceremony for the award of substructure works for Berjaya Central Park here Wednesday, he said the project was based on the concept of SOHO (small office/home office style service suites) and was set to complement the contemporary lifestyles of urban professionals.
The Berjaya Central Park would cover an area of 132,558 sq feet or 1.216 hectares of land, comprising three levels of basement car park, five levels of commercial retail, six levels of elevated car park facilities, two towers of 35-storey serviced residence, a podium pool deck and a sky lounge.
