Bernhard Vogel (born December 19, 1932 in Göttingen) is a German politician (CDU). He was Minister_President of Rhineland_Palatinate from 1976 to 1988, where he was succeeded by Carl_Ludwig Wagner, and of Thuringia from February 5, 1992 to June 5, 2003, where he was succeeded by Dieter Althaus.
