The Bestival 2007 was the forth installment of the Bestival a boutique music fesival at Robin Hill on the Isle Of Wight. It was held between September 7 - September 9. Tickets went on general sale on Friday March 2, around 20,000 have been admitted for general release. Tickets were officially announced as sold out on May 12. Many of the estabished features will be retained including the Bollywood Bar, Hidden Disco, The Farmers Market, Come Dancing Tent, Bestival 87.7FM, Solar Powered Cinema, The Inflatable Church and the Fancy dress parade. The new features announced for this year's Bestival include -

  • Swim To Bestival - A charity initiative involving swimming the Solent with the assistance of Royal Navy lifeguards for protection.
  • Club Dada - A cabaret/circus themed club tent, which will aim to embosy the spirit of the festival in a nutshell.
  • Laughter Clubs - Inspired by the influx of laughter clubs of India, the many laughter stations will encourage the festival goer to appreciate the benefits of laughter. [1]
  • Night of 100 Ukes - A performance of a 100 ukelele players comprised of festival goers, who will perform a ukelele set on the main stage on Saturday Night.
