She has served as executive producer for over sixty episodes of Grey's Anatomy since its debut in 2005, and continues as executive producer of its 2007 spin-off series, Private Practice. Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice are Beers' only television credits, however, as from her debut in 1993 to 2006, she worked mostly in film.
