Bhakri is a Flat unleavened Indian roti made with Jowar and flour. It is eaten with lal bhopla curry (Red Brinjal curry), Mudda Bhaji (cuury made with Spinach), and various pudi's (chutneys). Bhakri is the staple food of North Karnataka and Maharashtra.
