The show commences with Russell introducing his first celebrity guest by announcing that their views on Big Brother are "so X that Y", where X is a largely random adjective and Y is a highly improbable event. The second guest is introduced with an anaecdote that includes Russell "pulling down his trousers and pants, and getting out his 'dinkle'." The first topic relating to Big Brother is then discussed, followed by the listening to of a selection of messages left on the 'Mouthpiece' (with the camera atmospherically panning around a piece of artwork that Russell usually destroys). The penis (plural penises, penes, peni) or phallus is an external male sexual organ. ...

Before the break Russell always gives an update on his 'ballbags' which relates to a celebrity that the show has been able to get to say "Keep watching Big Brother's Big Mouth", just before which, Russell will condemn the object of his anecdote (either the relevant celebrity or the ballbags themselves) with the phrase "The SWINES!". Russell's 'ballbags' seem to fictionally exist as separate animate beings to Russell, and lead highly interesting lives. After the break Russell is normally joined by a fictional character, which is followed by the discussion of a second topic related to Big Brother. In some male mammals, the scrotum is an external bag of skin and muscle containing the testicles. ...

One feature after the break is Russel Asking us to "Get in touch with us the way X gets in touch with Y only use a phone rather than Z" X and Y are two people and Z is a silly situation both were once involved in e.g. "Get in touch with us the way Nikki gets in touch with Sam only use a phone rather than ask a string of insensitive questions ending with 'You do realise you can only go for gay guys'" which is a reference to when Nikki asked Sam silly insensetive questions in the garden.

Another feature of the second part of the show commences with Russell declaring that while it might be all very well for one group of people to indulge in some activity or other, before continuing: "...but when I suggested that it might be nice to...[engage in some surreal activity vaguely relevant to current goings-on in the Big Brother house], they looked at me as if I were no better than X", where X is the name of a random famous person from past or present. Russell then does an impression of that particular famous person which clearly betrays a confusion over exactly to whom he is referring. For example, if Russell said "They looked at me as if I were no better than Fearne Cotton", he would then do an impression of the fictional character Dot Cotton ("Oh my Nick, Oh Jim, Oh Doctor Legg!" etc., while motioning holding a cigarette), or if Russell said "They looked at me as if I were no better than Fred West", he would then do an impression of Fred Flintstone ("Yabba dabba dooooo!" etc). This surreal process then introduces a short vox pops type film in which the members of the public involved in a particular profession or activity, or to whom Russell referred in the first place give their opinions about current events in the Big Brother house. Every show ends with the phrase "Hare Krishna" . Fearne Cotton (born 3 September 1982, in Northwood, London) is a British television presenter; growing up in the North-West London suburb of Eastcote. ... Fred Flintstone. ... Hare Krishna Mantra in Devanagari. ...

Brand frequently uses the show to mock the media's portrayal of him. He has made several direct references to false newspaper articles and often subtly mocks the tabloids' portrayal of him as a womaniser by inventing stories about his adventures with the "Womanising circuit", a group of men often in the tabloids for their antics with the opposite sex. Brand is clearly also mocking the members of this "circuit", which consists Dean Gaffney (referred to as Gaffney), David Walliams (referred to as Walliams) and Michael Greco (referred to by his EastEnders character's name, Beppe). Dean Gaffney pictured here with Patrick Fitch and Brian Hood Dean Gaffney, born 14 February 1978, is an unlikely crater-faced lothario who played Robbie Jackson in EastEnders. ... Russel Brand has destoyed the "Oscillating Arm of Geddon" which showed who was likely to go Sam or Nikki, he also destroyed a map of Britain showing which contestants were likely to go, Imogen, Mikey, Lisa and Nikki because he interpreted it as an attempted by young Jon to "pedal hatred" aimed at Mancunians.

In the latest series viewers have been informed of numerous incidents whereby Russell has abused Little Paul Scholes. Russell has replaced his excema cream with sulphuric acid and has pushed him towards a career as a rent boy. Little Paul Scholes also had a sexual relationship with Soo from Sooty and Co. One night Little Paul Scholes saw her leave his room and enter Russell Brand's room where they had a one night stand. Soo subsequently became pregnant. The father of the child was unknown although it was believed to be either Russell Brand or Little Paul Scholes as Little Paul Scholes revealed that Soo had been a virgin up until their relationship. Russell agreed to join Little Paul Scholes on the Trisha show to discuss their issues and to have a paternity test but said that regardless of the results Little Paul Scholes would have to raise the offspring. The tets proved that it was in fact Russell's baby, a boy, which was named Little Russell when he was born.
