William Paul Luther (born June 27, 1945) is an American politician. Luther was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from 1995 to 2003, representing the 6th District of Minnesota. He was born in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, and was educated at the University of Minnesota.
