Bill Morrow is a lawyer and Liberal politician in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. He is the Liberal candidate in the riding of Avalon in the upcoming 2006 federal election. For 17 years, he and his wife Judy Morrow had their own practice, Morrow and Morrow in Bay Roberts. He also practiced as in-house legal counsel for the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro Group of Companies. He served as Board Chair of the Avalon Health Care Institutions Board from 1994-2003. Served as a volunteer Board Member with the Provincial Health Care Association. The Liberal Party of Canada (French: Parti libéral du Canada), coloquially known as Grits (originally Clear Grits) is a Canadian federal political party, positioned around center of the political spectrum, combining a generally progressive social policy with moderate economics. ...
