This article has been tagged since June 2006. Biznews is a weekly Spanish-language business newspaper published from Monterrey and distributed throughout northern Mexico. It is Mexico's largest circulation business publication. Biznews is operated by the company Business Communications Group. Launched in 1999, Biznews is distributed in the states of Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo León and Tamaulipas, as well as Mexico City. The newspaper is also distributed in the southern portion of the four US states that share the border with Mexico (California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. The six northern states of Mexico produce a full 25% of the country's Gross Domestic Product and are home to approximately 17% of the country's population.
