Blade Icewood (Darnell Quincy Lindsay, March 14, 1977 - April 19, 2005) was a Detroit-based rap artist. He was a local celebrity known for representing what went on in Detroit with such hits as Boy Would You and All My Life. He was slain at a carwash on 7Mile & Faust on April 19, 2005. Also known as "Ruler of tha Great Lakes", Lindsay was a member of the Detroit based rap group Street Lordz. In 2005, He formed Icewood Entertainment, and he signed as his first artists Candi Cane, Balee, & Cash Out. His label was taken over by close family members after his death.
