Hot Sauces

Their hot sauce is often regarded by many to be one of the hottest available -- when used, it is advised that the user wear gloves while pouring the sauce, due to the extreme amount of capsaicin, which could irritate and possibly damage the user's skin if left in contact for too long. Their most famous product, "16 Million Reserve", ranks in at 16 million Scoville units (Tabasco, in comparison, is 5,000 Scoville units).
