Blumpkin - receiving oral sex while defecating. The opposite of a blumpkin would be an Angry Munchkin. This is where the person is giving oral sex while sitting on the toilet defecating, giving the impression of a little angry person. An alternative to this would be the Phlumpkin. The Phlumkin is when one performs phonesex while defecating.
