SpongeBob has to take his Boating Test again and he fails because he got scared behind the wheel, so he gets really mad. He talks to Patrick and he said he will give him all the awnsers. SpongeBob agrees with him. The next day SpongeBob does as they planned. It is working out great untill he finds out he is cheating. He stars crying and crashes into a wall and fails again.
