Or to put it another way;

Robert William 'Bob' Ainsworth

Bob was born in Coventry and after his 11 plus he attended the local Foxford Comprehensive School (is this a fail?). After leaving school and finding employment at Jaguar he soon realised that as a trade unionist at the Jaguar Cars plant you don’t need to actually work for a living. From 1971 he had skived in many Union positions within the Manufacturing, Science and Finance Union, including four years as the Chief rabble riser, the “Branch President”.

During 1982 and 1983 while members of the Armed Forces where heroically taking back the Falkland Islands, he was a candidate member of the International Marxist Group, but apparently he was never a full member of that organization (A bit like Jerry Adams not quite being a full member of the IRA). In 1984 he was elected to the Coventry City Council, and was its deputy leader from 1989–1992. After finding out that you can claim far more in expenses working in Westminster he became MP for Coventry North East in 1992 after the sitting MP, John Hughes, was de-selected by the Constituency Labour Party for individual thinking.

He has been an ever present supporter of Tony Blair's government. From 1997–2001 he served as a Lord Commissioner to the Treasury. In January 2001 Ainsworth was promoted to be the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the former Department for Environment, Transport and the Regions after climbing over Peter Mandelson lifeless body after Mandelson resigned from government over what had become known as the Hinduja Scandal . Following the 2001 General Election he was moved sideways to the Home Office where he remained until 2003 when he became the Deputy Chief Whip making friends and influencing disaffected Labour MPs everywhere.

On 29 June 2007 he became the new Minister of State for Defence obviously because of his never swerving support of the Forces and deep knowledge of the inner workings of defense.

Some of the things Bob has voted for,

Bob is strongly for equal gay rights, so if you’re a 16 year old boy who is being rodgered up the backside by grown men, bobs on your side!

Bob wants us all to have an ID card, which is essentially a pointless piece of plastic which the police can demand to see so they know whose human rights they are denying. A well spent few billions I think!

Bob loves trident and war, he voted to replace our nuclure deterant and to spank Saddam. Pity they didn’t just use trident on Saddam and the Taliban then he would have a good reason to get new rockets to replace the ones we used.

Bob loves foxes and hates people who chase them.
