Bob Dylan's Greatest Hits (1967) was the first compilation album released by Bob Dylan. Since Dylan had not returned to the studio since his 1966 motorcycle crash, Columbia Records decided to issue this package, its first LP release with a $5.98 list price (one dollar more than standard releases). The album package also included Milton Glaser's now-familiar "psychedelic" poster depicting Dylan.
