Bobbi Harlow is the school teacher in Berke Breathed's comic strip Bloom County.

An avid feminist, Bobbi was welcomed by the children, particularly Milo Bloom and Michael Binkley. However, the conservative adults in the town were suspicious of her new ways, especially her liberal tendencies, such as having the students wear gas masks in case the "Fishes" (fascists) tear gassed them, throwing fake blood at the war monkeys (Mongerers) and teaching them about liberated women. Bobbi originally started dating Steve Dallas, but was swept off her feet (Figuratively and literally) by Cutter John.

Later it was revealed Bobbi joined the staff of talk show Donahue in 1983, and then shaved her head at the failure of the ERA.
