Multiple_definition pages If the page lists 2 or 3 terms, but the last is likely to be off_screen, add a TOC to the top of the page, so that someone arriving at the page will know that there are other definitions available. With --FORCETOC-- or --TOC-- in the wikitext a TOC is added even if the page has fewer than four headings. The TOC is put before the first section header, or in the case of --TOC--, at the position of this code. Should we do this for all multiple-definition pages, for consistency?
