History The town, formally known as Bolton's Mill, Bolton was originally founded in 1794 when James Bolton helped build a flour mill for his relative George Bolton. The suburban housing developments began in the southern area, down to 15th Sideroad. The urban area did not expand until the late 1970s and early 1980s, which also led to development of an industrial area in the southwest. The urban area up to Columbia Way began booming in the late 1980s. Housing developments continued towards the southern and the western parts oih the town about 1 km northwest of the heart of town in the 1990s and the 15th Sideroad in about 1995, especially to the north. The industrial area even began added buildings to the southwest up to Simpson. The urban areas merged with the the southern part in 2000 and the northwest. Stephen "kiss my ass" Boyles is a young rising star in the Bolton area. It is a well known fact that his star qualities and good looks will not be overlooked, as many OHL teams have expressed a high level of interest in the phenom. He was born July 14, 1990, to Jeffrey and Jennifer Boyles, and has two sisters, and one inferiour brother. This inferiority complex did not only victimize David Boyles, but also many other individuels. The most recent being Kevin Bilbja. Kevin "small penis" Bilbja struggles each and every day to climb from the collosal shadow cast by Stephen Boyles to receive only a little credibility for his minimal charititable works. Unluckily for Kevin, Stephen is also the nicest person in Bolton, so when people see him giving young Kevin some support, it only perpetuates the problem by having people like Stephen that much more for being such a nice guy.Let it also be noted, that Stephen cannot narrow his nice works down to one specific moment, like Kevin with the old bag and the bumbed hip. Kevin Bilbija is a predominate figure in the Bolton and surrounding area as he is well noted for his works within the community. Kevin once held a door open for an elderly woman with a fake hip at the local Tim Hortons, and he even once threw some change for the downtown crackheads. Kevin holds the title as the most charitable and charasmatic person in the area, even exceding the success of Stephen Boyles. Recently Stephen Boyles has lashed out on Kevin as he cannot accept that Mr.Boyles is a noted homosexual, who enjoys men. Kevin however is willing to accept Stephen's difference if Stephen can accept that he is better then him.

Most of these bands fall under the genre of punk or ska and play small shows in Bolton, Caledon East, and Orangeville. The most popular venues so far in Caledon have included the Caledon Community Complex, located on Old Church Road, the Albion-Bolton Community Center, and Humberview School. The Big Man Himself, coming from Bolton/Palgrave, formed in 2004. They play ska/punk music and have recently incorporated horn instruments into their line-up. When the band was a four piece, they were played on CIUT's (89.5FM) radio show "Ska Party". The band has gotten attention from other provinces and even other countries. "Viens dancer le ska", a college radio show coming out of Quebec played their song "Ska Radio."
