Bonagratia of Bergamo[1] (c.1265-1340) was a leading supporter of the Franciscan Spirituals from within the Franciscan movement. He was a well trained lawyer before entering the Franciscans,[2] and represented the Francsicans at the Papal Curia.[3] The Appellatio magna monacensis, an important manifesto of the group around Michael of Cesena, has been attributed to him. Events Europe has about 74 million inhabitants. ... The Roman Curia is the administrative apparatus of the Holy See, coordinating and providing the necessary organisation for the correct functioning of the Roman Catholic Church and the achievement of its goals. ... Michael of Cesena (Michele di Cesena) (1270-November 29, 1342) was a Franciscan, general of that Order, and theologian, born at Cesena, a small town in Italy. ...


He had been thrown in prison for his heretical views.[4]
