- Ginger - Finely chopped, 1 Tsp
- Garlic - Finely chopped, 1 Tsp
- Salt - To taste
For Batter - Gram Flour - 4 portions
- Rice Flour - 1 portion
- Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - To taste
