"Boogie With Stu" is a song by Led Zeppelin, from their 1975 album Physical Graffiti. The song was a jam recorded in 1971 at Headley Grange, where the band had their recording studio. They were using the Rolling Stones mobile recording unit when road manager and piano player Ian "Stu" Stewart showed up, choosing to play an out-of-tune piano. After guitarist Jimmy Page tuned his instrument to the piano they began improvising, with singer Robert Plant taking lyrics from Ritchie Valens' song "Ooh My Head".
