Grand Funk Railroad, Bosnia (397 words)
In the 70's Grand Funk Railroad was shunned by the critics because of their simple bluesy rock sound, but they won acclaim where it matters most....with the people.
A double live CD on Capitol records, BOSNIA is a collection of classic Funk tunes including guest artists Peter Frampton, Alto Reed (sax player from the Silver Bullet Band), and Paul Shaffer conducting a 40 piece orchestra.
Comparing this to the band's 2 other live ventures "Live Album" and "Caught in the Act", BOSNIA really shines with quality and is no doubt the best of the lot.
Bosnia and Herzegovina - (4428 words)
Bosnia itself is the chief geographic region of the modern state, and forms its historical backbone.
Bosnia, due to its geographic position and terrain, was probably one of the last areas to go through this process, which presumably originated from the urban centers along the Dalmatian coast.
Bosnia is located in the western Balkans, bordering Croatia to the north and south-west, and Serbia and Montenegro to the east.
