Please note: If you are using this (or any) cage on the underside of the downtube, you will be better off strapping the bottle in with a toe strap to keep it from working loose or breaking the cage.
Cages were not really design to take the kinds of forces that you get with the underside mounting, so it is a good idea to give it that extra support.
