The Boudin Bakery is a famous bakery situated in San Francisco, California known for its sourdough bread (called Original San Francisco Sourdough French Bread). It was established in 1849 by Isidore Boudin by blending the prevalent sourdough among miners in the Gold Rush with French techniques.
