The men forgot to untie it from the dock and it bounced back as they drove it away, causing damage. Residents caught Renfro and his friend, and held them until the police arrived. He was arrested again in May 2001 and charged with underage drinking. In 2002, he was charged with driving without a license and public intoxication.
