He majored in communications at the University of Southern California where he graduated with a 3.91 GPA and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa; he was also a member of the debate team. Hancock attended Clovis West High School (Fresno, California) and was a student and a letterman in football. In football, he won All-League and All-CIF honors. Brandon Hancock graduated from Clovis West High School in 2002 as Class Valedictorian. Hancock began bodybuilding at age 13, and earned the nickname "the Hulk".[1] He grew in size and went from playing quarterback to linebacker to fullback.
