Brave New World is the twelfth studio album by Iron Maiden released on the 30th of May, 2000 (see 2000 in music). It marked the return of longtime lead singer Bruce Dickinson and guitarist Adrian Smith to the band. It was also the band's first studio recording with three guitar players. The album was a success with the fans, and "The Wicker Man", "Ghost of the Navigator", the title track, "Out of the Silent Planet" and "Blood Brothers" are all established as band classics.
