Brecken Palmer played Ely Beardsley in Yours, Mine and Ours. He started acting (along with his twin brother Bridger Palmer) when they were four years old, following the footsteps of their older sister, Jaelin, who has a small part as a bully in the film. Appearing in a pilot, a few commercials and a student film, the six-year- old twin brothers got their big break in Yours, mine and ours, playing the mischievous and squabbling twin sons of Frank. They both appeared on an episode of Desperate Housewives episode "Color and Light", Brecken played Jimmy Harper and Bridger played P.j. Harper Yours, Mine and Ours is a 1968 film, starring Henry Fonda and Lucille Ball, based on Helen Beardsleys book, Who Gets the Drumsticks? In the film, Fondas character, Frank Beardsley, is a Navy warrant officer, while Balls character, Helen North, is a nurse. ... Desperate Housewives is an American television series, created by Marc Cherry, that began airing on ABC in 2004, in HDTV.
