Brewno the Bear is the official mascot of Nuneaton Borough A.F.C, a non-league football club from England. Brewno consists of a man in a large bear suit, who often entertains the Nuneaton crowd and looks after the young mascots on matchdays. Brewno once got into a comedy wrestling match with the Stoke City mascot Pottamus, a giant hippopotamus, during an FA Cup tie at the Britannia Stadium in November 2000. Brewno lost and had his head thrown into the crowd by the hippo.
