Brian R. Thomas is an American politician of the Democratic party who was the party's 2004 nominee for the congressional seat of the 18th District of Ohio. Thomas challenged incumbent Republican U.S. Rep. Robert W. Ney's bid for re-election, but lost in the general election by a wide margin.
