House system There are 3 house: Pegasus, Aquila and Phoenix. Each house has tutor groups with students from the 5 school years.
Broadwater as a Community Resource The facilities of Broadwater School are extensively used by the local community. They are the home base for the Guildford Hockey Club, the Premier Division hockey team, whose Clubhouse is located on the school site. The floodlit all-weather pitch and Netball and Tennis facilities, pitches, gymnasium and sports hall are also used. Classrooms, assembly hall and the specialist facilities such as the technology and food rooms are used for adult education as well as for private functions. They are also a hive of musical activity, being the main centre for the South West Surrey Music Centre.
