There were 1,025 housing units at an average density of 2,178.6/sq mi (842.0/km²). The racial makeup of the borough was 90.27% White, 4.29% African American, 0.08% Native American, 1.06% Asian, 2.38% from other races, and 1.91% from two or more races.
