Bruce Gray (born 1939) is a Canadian character actor (although he was actually born in Puerto Rico to Canadian parents and lived there until he was thirteen). He is probably best known to Canadian audiences for his portrayal of investment banker Adam Cunningham on the Global Television Network series Traders, or the father of the groom in My Big Fat Greek Wedding. However, his face is familiar to American audiences, particularly science fiction fans, for his portrayal of Sky Marshall Diennes in the movie version of Starship Troopers, his portrayal of an interrogator of Captain John Sheridan on Babylon 5, or his recent portrayal of legendary Vulcan Surak on Star Trek Enterprise. He appeared several times on Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine as Admiral Chekote - contrary to rumor, this character has nothing to do with Chakotay from Star Trek: Voyager.
