TheFA.com - Cheyrou scoops honour (338 words)
Bruno was one of three players shortlisted for the prestigious award, run in partnership with UMBRO, for The FA Cup Fourth Round proper.
Cheyrou, continued his impressive goal scoring form of 4 goals in the last 5 games, helping his team through to a fifth round tie at home to newly promoted Portsmouth, and repaying the confidence Liverpool manager Gerrard Houllier has shown in him.
Cheyrou, who wins £1500 worth of UMBRO football kit and equipment for a school, club, or organisation of his choice said: “It’s a real honour to win this award, but it was only made possible by a great team performance to knock out a very good Newcastle side.
