Robert E. "Bud" Cramer Jr. (born August 22, 1947), American politician, has been a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives since 1991, representing the 5th District of Alabama. He was born in Huntsville, Alabama, was educated at the University of Alabama, served in the United States Army and was a lawyer and district attorney before entering the House.
