Welby Sheldon "Buddy" Bailey (born March 28, 1957 in Madison Heights, Virginia) was the manager of the Pawtucket Red Sox minor league baseball team on two separate occasions. Under Bailey, the PawSox played for the 2003 Governors' Cup, the championship of the International League. He was named as the ninth manager of the team on January 7, 1993, becoming the youngest manager in team history at the time.
