The Bukit Kepong Tragedy
The tragedy happened on 22 February1951 during Chinese New Year, when the communist rebels attacked the Bukit Kepong police station. In the morning, the police station was finally burnt by communists. Many policemen, family members and AP teams were killed including police station officer Sergeant Jamil Mohd Shah.
