A Bullshot is a cocktail that's a variant of the Bloody Mary, prepared with beef bouillon or beef consomme and without tomato juice. A typical recipe consists of vodka, beef bullion (boiled in hot water), and some combination of salt, pepper, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
