The Bvumba Mountains or Vumba Mountains lie on the Zimbabwe-Mozambique border, south east of Mutare. In their centre lies the Bunga Forest reserve and neighbouring botanical gardens. The mountains are known for the plantations and rise to Lion Rock at 1871 metres.
