There is a false variant of the CADPAT, which is commonly known as "fake CADPAT". It looks similar but doesn't use the exact same colors and pattern. It is not made by the same company as the authentic CADPAT, and has no infrared protection. Clothes made of fake CADPAT uses diffent cuts.
